MADE in Japan (not crafted) at the Fuji-gen Plant (for Fender Japan) in 1989/90
A look that was good enough for Hendrix… Now your turn.onn this historic beast of guitar.
Some guitars just look ‘the bizness’. This is a little slice of visual lushness… a sleek, creamy delight. The combo of well yellowed Olympic white, a white guard, a golden syrup maple board, and a big 70s headstock
Aside from looking exceptional, this boasts the famed craftsmanship and wood selection the first few years of MIJ Fenders are so renowned for. The neck is superb; it’s smooth and slim and has “that feel” to it.
Tone-wise, its spot on: sparkly defined highs, tight percussive bass and a breathy, expressive voice that’ll sing out all day and all night. Just fully bursting with mojo and majesty.
Plus, it looks great.
