This Yamaha FG-130 is quite rare find in the USA. Made prmarily for Jpanese domestic market, this one is in great condition.
It is a Tan label, made in the same factory as its famed red label but was destined for sale in the Japanese market only.
Very similar to an FG-150, and was built in 1972-74 for the Japanese market as an folk guitar.
Spruce top, Sapele sides and back (similar to mahogany), rosewood fretboard and bridge. it has a beautiful ribbon body and neck with a spruce top, closed tuners and a nice dark rosewood fretboard.
Currently set medium (i like a little push) to low and can be adjusted with Saddle.
- Top: Spruce
- Sides & back: Sapele
- Neck: Nato
- Fingerboard & bridge: Rosewood
Sounds amazing and neck, body, tuners and bridge are ready to go.
